Application processes are as individual as we humans. Therefore, the list of documents we need depends on the individual case. We are happy to support you in your application process and advise you individually via our hotline.

To the Online application

  • Authorisation/Sub-authorisation for the employer (granted by the skilled worker)
  • Passport of the foreign skilled worker in color copy
  • Professional qualifications
  • Declaration that no other application for the fast-track prodedure for skilled workers has been submitted
  • Declaration on employment
  • Declaration on data protection

In some cases, additional documents may be necessary, such as:

  • documentation of previous professional experience
  • proof of language skills
  • certificate of good conduc
  • authorisation for family reunion
